1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 38bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 38bd website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, account features, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

Your use of the Services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the 38bd platform and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Services and for any period thereafter where obligations remain outstanding between you and 38bd.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or promotional terms published on the 38bd platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall govern unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 38bd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. The minimum age requirement of 21 years is strictly enforced. 38bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only). Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated agents may not register or use the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 38bd or any other responsible gaming authority to which 38bd is bound.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account holder must be the sole beneficial owner of that account and all funds deposited into it.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must register a player account with 38bd. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected — identified by shared mobile number, national ID, payment wallet, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — 38bd may close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or false identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 38bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where that unauthorised use resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Identity verification (KYC): 38bd may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules. Outstanding balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 38bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. 38bd does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times beyond 38bd's internal review period depend on the payment provider and are outside 38bd's control.

Verification prior to withdrawal: 38bd requires satisfactory identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending submission and review of the required documents. 38bd reserves the right to carry out additional checks to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• 38bd will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your account or belonging to a third party.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if 38bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• 38bd reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees, charges, or disputed amounts from withdrawal proceeds.
• If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or recalled by the originating payment provider, 38bd reserves the right to void any bets placed using those funds and to recover any winnings derived from them.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

38bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings accrued from them will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on games with zero contribution will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round is ৳2,000 unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Bonus abuse: 38bd actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. If abuse is detected, 38bd reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• 38bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of players who have already commenced active wagering under that promotion.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on the 38bd platform. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 38bd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds and prices: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds are particularly volatile and may change between bet placement and confirmation.
• Obvious errors: 38bd reserves the right to void bets that were accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (for example, odds resulting from a technical error or data feed malfunction). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Event cancellation: If an event on which you have placed a bet is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play is completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific rules for that sport provide otherwise.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout on the 38bd platform is ৳5,000,000 per event, per player, per day, unless a lower limit is stated for a specific market. 38bd reserves the right to split or limit bets that approach this threshold.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with the 38bd support team within 30 days of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Casino Games

Casino games available on 38bd — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following terms apply:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software or live dealing procedures operated by the relevant game provider. 38bd has no ability to influence game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the game information panel within the lobby. RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual play session.
• In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, game freeze, or data transmission error — during a live game round, 38bd will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned to the player's account.

8 Responsible Gaming

38bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost, accessible from account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each play session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Take a voluntary break from the platform for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 38bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in relation to any sporting event.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity for the purpose of accessing the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, servers, or security systems.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

38bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a request from 38bd.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering indicators, or suspicious betting patterns.
• A valid request from a law enforcement body, financial intelligence unit, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being operated by a minor or by an ineligible individual.
• Confirmed self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 38bd will endeavour to complete the investigation and notify the player of the outcome within 30 business days. Where an account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Balances attributable to legitimate deposited funds may be returned at 38bd's discretion following investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 38bd's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 38bd account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

38bd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outages, acts of God, or events beyond 38bd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Decisions made by game providers' certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

38bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

38bd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Player account credentials are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. 38bd does not sell or rent player personal data to third-party commercial partners. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of operating the platform and complying with legal obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

38bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where practicable, we will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the 38bd platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.

14 Governing Terms & Contact

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 38bd with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

38bd operates as a safe and reliable platform for entertainment purposes. We do not make specific representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
